Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Training Specialist or in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
• Ability to develop engaging and interactive training content effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are a must.
• Familiarity with various training methods and instructional design principles.
