Job Summary

We are looking for a Training Manager who can design, build, and deliver high-impact learning programmes within the Client Care Centre. In this role, you will build strong training frameworks, coach and develop a skilled training team, and ensure all learning initiatives directly improve service quality, operational accuracy, and business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve capability, reduce client-impacting errors, and support a culture of learning that delivers real business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver end-to-end training programmes aligned with business priorities
  • Lead and develop a team of trainers, setting clear expectations and quality standards
  • Build training frameworks that reduce complaints, improve accuracy, and strengthen service delivery
  • Create targeted learning content informed by error trends, client feedback, and operational insights
  • Use simulations, role play, and practical learning environments to reinforce capability
  • Ensure all training deliverables are executed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Partner with operations, quality teams, and leaders to align learning with business needs
  • Use data, analytics, and management information to measure training effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support sustainable cost outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement across training processes, tools, and content
  • Relevant experience across sales, service, or training environments
  • Understanding of learning principles and instructional design

Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in training, learning, or capability development roles
  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation capability
  • Ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights for performance improvement
  • Experience designing training frameworks, content, and structured learning journeys
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills with a focus on quality and measurable outcomes

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Certified Trainer with demonstrated delivery and facilitation skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English language is required
