An exciting opportunity has arisen for a role as a Training Manager in the Food & Beverage sector. As a Training Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving training initiatives to enhance employee skills and improve service standards in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Proven experience in a training or managerial role within the F&B industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to develop training programs that cater to various learning styles.
  • Proficient in using technology for delivering virtual and in-person training.
