The role of the Training Manager in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector is crucial for fostering a high standard of performance and service excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a training role within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operational procedures and customer service standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate employees.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in using training software and tools to create engaging learning materials.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
