Job Title: Training Lead - PMO

Job Description:

Position Summary:

  • The Training Lead under the PMO Department will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing training activities related to ongoing projects, with a strong focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions. This role ensures that all relevant business users are properly trained to participate in UAT and adopt new systems or processes introduced through project implementations.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to identify training needs for end-users involved in UAT and post-implementation phases.
  • Develop and manage training plans and calendars aligned with project timelines and milestones.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver effective training sessions for end-users participating in UAT, including hands-on workshops, guides, e-learning modules, and simulations.
  • Ensure users understand UAT objectives, processes, tools, and their specific roles and responsibilities during the testing phase.
  • Gather feedback from UAT participants and incorporate lessons learned to continuously improve training content and delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all training activities and materials.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, or post-training evaluations.
  • Act as a liaison between the PMO, change management, and end-user communities to drive user readiness and adoption.
  • Support change management initiatives by aligning training activities with organizational change efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in training delivery or project-based training, ideally for large system implementations
  • Proven experience with UAT training, ERP/CRM systems, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Solid understanding of UAT processes and change management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in project coordination or within a PMO environment is an advantage
