We are seeking a Training & Adoption Lead to support the successful roll out of an ERP system replacing multiple legacy finance systems across several companies.

This role will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs and supporting business users in adopting new finance and procurement processes within the ERP platform. Working closely with the Business Process Leads, program team, and functional stakeholders, the role ensures users are prepared, confident and capable of operating the new ERP environment at go-live. The role will be a critical part in driving user readiness, supporting change adoption, and ensuring smoot transition to standardised processes.

This is a 36-month fixed-term contract based in Dubai, with 5 days per week in the office.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop and deliver training programs and learning materials to enable business users to effectively use the new ERP system and adopt standardised finance and procurement processes.
  • Work closely with the Change Lead to support change management activities, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and user readiness initiatives across participating companies.
  • Collaborate and work closely with Business Process Leads and subject matter experts to translate new processes into clear and effective training content, including user guides, simulations, and training documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops and learning activities to prepare finance and procurement teams for the transition to the new ERP system.
  • Support user readiness and adoption activities, ensuring users understand process changes, system functionality, and operational impacts prior to go-live.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing preparation and go-live readiness, ensuring business users are trained, supported, and confident in executing key processes in the new system.
  • Act as a key contact for user support and knowledge transfer, helping resolve questions and reinforcing best practices during the transition to the new ERP environment.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Degree or Honors (12+3 or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ Years professional experience delivering and supporting large-scale or multi entity ERP training, change management and/or adoption initiatives in ERP / user enablement programs
  • Understanding and working experience with finance and procurement business processes
  • Experience supporting change management and organisational adoption initiatives
  • Strong ability to translate complex system processes into practical user training
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work across multiple entities and functions in a transformation environment.
