Trainer

Purpose

The Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that strengthen both the technical and behavioral competencies of Unified Microsystems employees. This role will conduct technical trainings as well as soft skills training to enhance communication, customer service, teamwork, and professional effectiveness.

The Trainer plays a critical role in ensuring employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and mindset required to deliver high-quality services aligned with company standards and client expectations.

Work Overview

• Assess training needs in coordination with the department heads.
• Design and update training materials, modules, manuals, presentations, and practical exercises for both technical and soft skills programs.
• Work with internal and external subject matter experts to develop, review, and facilitate technical training content that reflects current systems, tools, and operational practices.
• Create, maintain, and regularly update a comprehensive training plan and schedule covering technical and soft skills programs, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to operations.
• Conduct engaging technical and soft skills training sessions, including hands-on demonstrations, simulations, and practical assessments.
• Facilitate onboarding and refresher technical trainings for new hires and existing staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance observations.
• Recommend improvements to training programs based on learning outcomes and operational needs.
• Track training attendance, completion, and competency development.
• Performs other duties within the scope of the role to support the organizations goals.
