Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer in Learning & Development to join our growing team. This pivotal role demands a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and techniques, as well as the ability to design, develop, and implement impactful training programs. As a Trainer in Learning & Development, you will collaborate closely with department heads and HR to identify skills gaps and create learning solutions that increase productivity and employee engagement. Your focus will be on facilitating a variety of training programs, from onboarding to leadership development, ensuring they meet our strategic organizational goals. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fostering a culture of continuous learning and have proven experience in leveraging innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance the learning experience.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning and development programs for employees.
  • Conduct training sessions in various formats including workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
  • Analyze training needs in collaboration with department managers and HR teams.
  • Create training materials, manuals, and resources to support learning activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and technological advancements in training.
  • Coordinate and oversee the administration of all training schedules and logistics.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization.
  • Support leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  • Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and track training activities and outcomes.
  • Engage with subject matter experts to gather and incorporate relevant content into training programs.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role in Learning & Development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
