Job Description

The role of a Trainer Associate is pivotal in fostering a learning-focused environment and ensuring the continuous professional development of employees within an organization. As a Trainer Associate, you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, training managers, and other stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment tools.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on training evaluations and feedback.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in training, facilitation, or related roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear delivery style.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training projects.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to different learning styles and training needs.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is highly desirable.
