About this Position The Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing channel and shopper marketing strategies across GCC markets to drive category growth, increase market share, strengthen retailer partnerships, and improve in-store execution excellence.

What You´ll Do

  • Develop and execute GCC trade and shopper marketing strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Translate category and shopper insights into actionable channel and customer plans.
  • Drive Perfect Store execution standards across key channels and customers.
  • Lead annual trade activation-calendar planning in alignment with marketing and sales priorities.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers and Sales teams to develop customer business plans and channel strategies
  • Analyze shopper behavior, category trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities
  • Design and implement impactful shopper activation programs, promotions, and in-store campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage retailer activation plans for key accounts and strategic customers and ensure strong execution excellence across all customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver business targets and maximize ROI.
  • Support new product launches through go-to-market planning, launch execution, and post-evaluation analysis.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets effectively with strong focus on ROI and efficiency.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, or Sales within FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of GCC retail landscape, including Modern Trade and Traditional Trade channels.
  • Experience working with key retailers across GCC markets.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Proven experience in managing promotions, activations, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • Fluency in English required.
