Job Description

This position will be responsible for ensuring that company compensation and benefits programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies, market practice, and government regulations. Additionally, will be a contributor, active participant and leader in developing and implementing regional initiatives to support the attraction, retention and motivation of new and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Custodian of the job evaluation framework, and responsible for maintaining the grading structure for MEIA region.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to analyze compensation trends and maintain competitive pay structures; provide recommendations to address gaps and maintain equitable compensation practices.
  • Manages annual Compensation Review to include updating salary bands, merit budget recommendations and bonus plan costing by region
  • Administer employee benefits programs, in addition to Collect data for benefits surveys to support the ongoing improvement of the organization’s Total Rewards programs and objectives
  • Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Learning and Development, to ensure that our compensation and benefits programs are integrated with other HR processes and to drive various compensation initiatives
  • Maintain firm knowledge of local labour laws and regulations; closely follow compliance and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits
  • Enhance/improve C&B policies and structure to proactively meet business requirements and meet industry and market needs.
  • Rewards Analytics : Enhanced process accuracy and speed of rewards operations by analytics and digitization via dynamic dashboards, mass-letter generation and process optimization.
  • Support in the implementation of the recognition program adherence with the company and Total Rewards strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with focus on Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation
  • Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Exceptionally well-organized with an aptitude for data; strong data analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset and learning agility
  • Ability to prioritize work, solve problems independently and proactively; ensure all targets are met
  • Fluency in English, Arabic would be an advantage.
