Time Keeper

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Time Keeper with experience in the construction industry to ensure accurate recording and monitoring of employee work hours on-site.

Job Responsibility

• Keep track of employees’ attendance and work hours on a daily basis.
• Record and document any overtime hours worked by employees.
• Generate reports on employee attendance and work hours for management review.
• Monitor and track project timelines and deadlines.
• Communicate with project managers and supervisors to ensure accurate tracking of work hours.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding work hours and breaks.
  
  

• UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree is a must.
• Proven work experience as a Time Keeper in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction project timelines and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording work hours.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to work hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with project managers and supervisors.
• Proficiency in using time tracking software and tools.
• Certification in timekeeping or relevant field is a plus
