Tile Mason Foreman

• Supervise and lead tile masons on construction and landscaping projects.
  
• Read and interpret project drawings, plans, and tile layout designs.
  
• Ensure tiles and stones are properly cut, laid, aligned, and finished according to project specifications.
  
• Prepare and level surfaces before tile installation.
  
• Ensure correct application of tile adhesives, grout, and sealants.
  
• Monitor daily attendance, staff productivity, and work progress.
  
• Ensure team members follow safety procedures and wear the required PPE.
  
• Coordinate with the construction and landscaping teams to meet project deadlines.
  
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and quality concerns.
  
• Report daily progress, manpower requirements, and site issues to management.
  
• Maintain quality standards, proper use of tools, and cleanliness of the work area.
  
• Lead by example and maintain good communication with team members and management.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tile masonry, preferably in landscaping or outdoor construction projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques, tools, and materials.
  
• Proven leadership experience; experienced tile masons with the ability to lead a team may also be considered.
  
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  
• Ability to communicate in English.
  
• Willingness to work outdoors and handle construction materials.
  
• Candidates must have experience specifically in tiling. Experience in plastering or general masonry alone will not be considered.
  
• Candidates should be available to join immediately or within one month.
