Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for welding, in strict accordance with safety specifications, complete welding process in strict accordance with the drawings and work instructions, complete process inspection and record
• Responsible for daily maintenance of corresponding production equipment, tools, fixtures, etc.
• Actively participate in the training of multi-skilled employees, and participate and complete other daily work such as assembly, packaging, etc.
• Responsible for protective treatment of materials on site, responsible for 5S and visual management on site
  
  

Job Requirements

• With welding license, over 5 year working experience (Carbon steel & stainless steel. heat-resistant steel & special materials are preferred)
• Familiar with welding process and management (Argon arc welding, gas shielded arc welding and/or manual arc welding, and thermal cutting)
• Welding technician/pressure vessel/ASME/PED welding license is preferred
• Familiar with mechanical/welding drawings, universal inspection tools and method
• Can lift 30 kg weights and move 50 kgs
• Honesty, self-confidence, conscientious, good execution, good at teamwork
