We bridge international clinical expertise with a large client base in India. We believe the quality of the therapeutic relationship is most of the work, so we put real care into matching each person with a therapist whose training and temperament actually suit what theyre working through. The matching is done by a real person on our team, after reading every intake carefully.

This is an online therapist role. You take on clients weve matched to you, set your own hours, and conduct sessions from wherever you do your best thinking. We pair for relationships that last, not for one-time bookings.

The clients you see arrive already assessed. Every one of them has filled out a careful intake before they meet anyone, and we choose the therapist based on what theyre working through.

• 50-minute weekly video sessions, booked into the slots you set
• A short intro chat with every new client before sessions begin
• Async messaging with clients between sessions, with a 24-hour reply expectation
• Intake assessments and personalised treatment planning at the start of each match
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting your approach as needed
• Coordinating care and referrals when appropriate
• Participation in clinical supervision and case discussions on complex matters
• You set your own hours and change them anytime

• A licensed or license-eligible mental health professional with a recognised masters or doctoral degree in psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, social work, or a related field in your licensed country
• At least 3 years of clinical experience working with one or more of: adults, couples, teenagers
• Demonstrated competence in established therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, or trauma-informed care, with personalised treatment planning
• Strong active listening, empathy, rapport-building, and clear professional boundaries
• Experience with clinical assessments, risk evaluations, and ongoing progress reviews, with accurate and confidential record-keeping
• Cultural humility and sensitivity. Experience with South Asian or multicultural populations is an advantage
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and integrating feedback from supervision
• Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in additional South Asian languages is a plus
• Some availability overlapping with IST (UTC+5:30). Even a few hours a week to start is fine
• Reliable with async communication. The 24-hour reply is the one promise we make to clients
• Working within a counselling scope. This is not a psychiatric or prescribing role
• Comfort with basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and communication, while adhering to privacy and data protection standards
