Job Description

As a Textiles Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building long-lasting relationships within the textile industry. Utilizing your understanding of textile products, market trends, and sales strategies, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans to achieve set targets. As the face of the company, you will engage with potential and existing clients, identify their needs, and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that align with the company's offerings. Your keen ability to communicate efficiently, negotiate deals, and close agreements will be instrumental in elevating the company's market presence and expanding its customer base.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to surpass assigned targets and objectives.
  • Identify and establish contact with new potential clients within the textile industry.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Demonstrate and present textile products and services to clients both online and offline.
  • Analyze client needs to tailor and recommend appropriate textile solutions and services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to design and coordinate promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about the latest industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management on a periodic basis.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
  • Manage and update clients' databases ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the textile industry.
  • Strong understanding of textiles, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills required.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide insightful market analysis.
