Job Title :QA Automation Lead

Location: Dubai - Onsite

Requirement Analysis & Test Strategy

• Analyze requirements, identify ambiguities, and ensure clear testable requirements.
• Prepare a Test Approach and Plan
• Review peer level test cases.
  
  

• Track test execution.
• Triage defects.
• Monitor and communicate the defects to development teams and oversee QA.
• Share QA reports to Project stakeholders.
• Provide sign-off on QA gates in the project lifecycle.
• Follow all defined QA processes and participate in assigned QA activities
• Share relevant data with QA Process Champion for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to Knowledge Management and Training of Project stakeholders.
• Part of common QA pool to be deployed across Al Futtaim projects.
  
  

• Identify regression test cases.
• Play the role of Test Automation Architect and determine automation scope for the project, regression and beyond.
• Govern Test Automation
  
  

• Play the role of Test Automation Architect and determine the Performance testing needed in the project.
• Govern Performance Testing.
  
  

• Implement test data management strategy across environments based on domain / project / application.
• Monitor environment availability during project execution.
• Monitor deployments in environment and timeline for effective QA planning & utilization.
  
  

• Responsible for QA deliverables in the aspect of quality, schedule and effort spent
• Participate in verification and validation activities on QA tasks using JIRA tool
• Review all projects deliverables – test cases, execution, progress reports, defects & end-to-end traceability.
  
  

• 5 – 7 years’ experience in Quality Assurance.
• Relevant professional qualifications are desirable. (e.g. ISTQB Foundational Level or Certified Advanced or Expert Tester)
• Experience in QA tools: JIRA, QMetry, Tricentis TOSCA, and IBM Rational Performance Tester
  
  

• Expertise in ERP, SAP IS Auto ECC and SAP S/4 HANA for Automotive.
• Analysis and troubleshooting skills used to support end users.
• Coordinating people and teams.
  
  

• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
