Job Description

As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for driving strategic revenue growth by managing complex sales opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and partnering with senior decision-makers to deliver meaningful business outcomes across the Dubai market.

This is a senior individual contributor role suited to someone with 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech or enterprise technology, with a proven track record of consultative selling, managing longer and more complex sales cycles, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. You'll be trusted to own the Dubai territory, develop strategic account plans, and represent Qashio as a senior commercial advisor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, partnerships, and account-based selling.
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, Procurement leaders, and executive decision-makers.
  • Lead consultative discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, operational challenges, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from initial engagement through negotiation, procurement, and close.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and business value presentations aligned to customer priorities.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers, positioning Qashio as a strategic long-term partner.
  • Develop commercial proposals, negotiate agreements, and successfully close high-value opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene, ensuring high-quality opportunity management.
  • Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Represent Qashio at networking events, industry conferences, and customer meetings across Dubai.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to strengthen Qashio's market positioning in Dubai.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably within FinTech, Payments, Expense Management, ERP, or high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in quota-carrying roles.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, consultative sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to finance leaders including CFOs, Finance Directors, Controllers, Procurement, and senior executives.
  • An existing network within the Dubai business community is highly advantageous.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand customer challenges and articulate business value.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong ownership, resilience, and accountability.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage forecasting, pipeline, and sales activity.
  • Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
