How You Can Make An Impact

In this role, you drive the success of Eppendorf’s Liquid Handling, Consumables, Automation, Separation and Instrumentation product portfolio and are responsible for the sales budget of customer accounts, mainly distributors. You act as the first sales contact for partners, maintain existing distribution partnerships and develop new distribution partners.

  • You sell the Eppendorf portfolio to defined accounts in the assigned territory via the indirect channel by connecting end customers and distributors.
  • You strengthen relationships with existing customer accounts and distribution partners in Saudi Arabia.
  • You present the Eppendorf portfolio and marketing campaigns to distribution partners.
  • You participate in exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, seminars, etc.
  • You run quarterly and yearly distribution partner performance reviews in line with the Eppendorf DMS, based on CRM and sales data.
  • You use the CRM system consistently.
  • You analyze and respond to market and competitive developments within the assigned territory.
  • You ensure a state-of-the-art customer experience via the indirect sales channel to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

What Sets You Apart

  • You bring a strong background in Life Science, ideally with Pharma/Biotech/CRO/Academia customers.
  • You have deep knowledge of the market.
  • You have proven experience in sales.
  • You are comfortable with CRM tools, data‑driven reporting, and have a customer‑centric, solution‑oriented mindset.
  • You are fluent in English and a native Arabic speaker.
  • You actively listen to customers and colleagues to truly understand their scientific workflows, challenges and goals, enabling you to propose the right solutions.
