Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the territory.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and profits.
  • Assist with product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain relationships.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory for meetings.
