ELECTRICIAN (TERMINALS) – Valid UAE License - 10 NOS

Qualification & Experience

• Technical Trade Certificate / Diploma (2–3 years) in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance of Oil & Gas terminals, tank farms, or fuel distribution facilities.
• Knowledge of LV / MV electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, motors, lighting, and earthing/lighting protection systems.
• Experience with terminal automation systems, metering equipment, and SCADA/DCS integration.
• Familiarity with UAE authority standards (DEWA, Civil Defense) and international codes (IEC, IEEE, NFPA).
• Valid UAE Driving License desirable.
• Good English communication and reporting skills.
  
  

Job Description

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems at terminals (pumps, motors, switchgear, generators, transformers).
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in distribution systems, metering panels, and automation/control circuits.
• Inspect and maintain lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, and earthing/protection systems.
• Support tank farm operations by ensuring reliable electrical supply for loading arms, meters, and pipelines.
• Assist in SCADA/DCS and automation system maintenance in coordination with engineers.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and maintenance logs.
• Supervise contractors during electrical works; ensure compliance with Emarat’s HSEQ and PTW requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DEWA/Civil Defense regulations and international electrical safety standards.
• Candidates should have experience in FUEL / LPG / NATURAL GAS Operation & Maintenance.
