Tendering And Contract Manager

Were recruiting a Tendering and Contract Manager for one of our clients, who is a leading oil and gas company based in Dubai, UAE.

Their commitment to quality and continuous improvement has positioned them as a trusted partner within the energy sector, serving both regional and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Bid/No-Bid reviews, scheduling, and evaluation committees to ensure timely and compliant submissions
  
• Coordinate technical and commercial alignment between the Technical Review and Supply Chain teams
  
• Review terms and conditions, deviations, and risks; standardize templates and maintain complete tender records in Odoo
  
• Achieve a win rate of 40–50% in core segments, ensuring 100% on-time submissions
  
• Maintain zero contract non-compliances and ensure 100% tender dossier completeness in Odoo
  
• Drive cycle-time reduction across all bid stages (baseline to be established)
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  
• 8–12 years of experience in Oil & Gas tendering or contracts leadership within the GCC or Iraq
  
• Strong legal and commercial negotiation skills, with proficiency in Odoo Tender modules
  
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
