About Emirates Islamic

Job Purpose
To provide efficient teller services, process customer transactions accurately, ensure compliance with bank policies, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions, and loan payments accurately
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
Promote and refer suitable banking products and services to customers.
Reconcile cash and maintain accurate transaction records.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, operational controls, AML, and KYC requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

High School/Secondary School education.
1 to 2 years of banking, customer service, or cash-handling experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
UAE Nationals preferred.
