Job Description
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities, delivering IT and Cloud Technology presentations.
- Promote IT solutions/services via phone and email.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on new business and customer development.
- Conduct needs analysis and offer tailored pricing structures.
- Acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts.
- Leverage CRM for reporting, measurement, and sales management.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or IT).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software/technology sales and account management, preferably in Cloud Technology.
- Proven success in account management and new business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt across Cloud Technology disciplines.
