Job Description

As a Telesales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts of our company by directly engaging with potential customers through telephone communication. You will be responsible for initiating sales conversations, explaining product features, addressing inquiries, and closing sales deals. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive ability, and a knack for building rapport quickly over the phone. You will collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales targets while also contributing feedback for the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer satisfaction. Your efforts will significantly impact the company's market position and revenue growth.


Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers through cold calling and warm leads.
  • Clearly articulate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
  • Obtain customer information and enter the data accurately into the CRM.
  • Identify customer needs and offer products that meet those needs effectively.
  • Follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitive products and services.
  • Identify and address any customer concerns or complaints promptly.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and targets.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to align sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and present them to management.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong ability to persuade and close sales deals over the phone.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in managing time effectively and handling multiple calls daily.
