Job Description

The Telesales Specialist is a critical role in any organization aiming to accelerate its sales and reach potential customers through phone-based interactions. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and create sales opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and handle their needs.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide focused solutions.
  • Reach out to prospective clients and introduce available products or services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate product information.
  • Document sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding sales inquiries trends.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the marketing department promptly.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively address client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive ability.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe them accurately.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and telephone systems is required.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail in sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and team collaboration.
