Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products and services. You will be a key player in enhancing customer satisfaction levels through your effective communication and persuasive abilities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation skills, a strong proficiency in sales tactics, and an ability to handle customer objections efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Initiate telephonic communication with potential customers to generate new sales leads.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers for future sales opportunities.
  • Track and follow up on leads in a timely manner to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales quotas and other key performance indicators.
  • Handle customer inquiries and address issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and enhance overall performance.
  • Document all customer accounts and actions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
  • Adapt to changes in products or organizational processes swiftly and effectively.
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is preferred.
  • Proven track record in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the capability to handle client objections smoothly.
  • Comfortable with using computer systems and CRM software to manage sales processes.
  • High level of resilience and a positive attitude towards overcoming sales challenges.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
