As a Telesales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers over the phone.   • Record and update customer information accurately within the company's CRM system.
  • Handle customer queries and objections effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to share information and strategize sales approaches.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Follow up on leads and convert interested prospects into loyal customers.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to track progress and identify improvement areas.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude during all interactions with customers and team members.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, particularly telesales, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer data.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a resilient mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales is a plus.
