A M A Home Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting real estate properties. This role plays a key part in connecting clients with suitable property options and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from the company database
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to property listings
  • Promote real estate projects and available units to prospective buyers and investors
  • Qualify and shortlist leads based on client needs, budget, and preferences
  • Schedule property viewings and meetings with sales consultants
  • Maintain daily call targets and consistent follow-up routines
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to support lead conversion
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system
  • Update all lead information with precision and consistency
  • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal progression
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
