Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound telesales calls to potential clients.

• Present and promote real estate services in Arabic, English, and French.

• Convert leads into qualified appointments and opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records on CRM and follow up consistently.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of telesales experience (real estate preferred).

• Fluency in Arabic, English, and French (spoken and written).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
