Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting products or services, and converting leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote company products and services effectively
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Update CRM systems with call details and sales progress
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team
  
  

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in telesales or call center is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Good telephone etiquette and confidence in speaking
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus in UAE)
