Job Description

The position of a Tele Sales Executive offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for selling. As a Temporary Tele Sales Executive, you will work closely with the sales team and report directly to the sales manager. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers with professionalism and energy.
  • Manage a list of leads to ensure all opportunities are addressed timely.
  • Provide detailed information on products and services, addressing any customer inquiries.
  • Implement effective sales techniques to persuade potential clients to purchase.
  • Record detailed notes on customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and updates to aid in sales strategies.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.
  • Identify and escalate sales opportunities from customer feedback and interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss challenges, sales strategies, and achievements.
  • Adhere to compliance and quality standards in customer communications.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize scripts for sales calls and approaches.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and an engaging phone presence required.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to document and track sales activities.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persist in high-pressure sales scenarios.
  • Flexible to work on a temporary basis with a possible extension based on performance.
