Job Description

The Telesales Executive for Financial Services is a dynamic and results-driven position that focuses on cultivating and managing customer relationships over the phone. This role is vital for driving sales and expanding market reach through effective communication and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in negotiation, is persuasive, and has an in-depth understanding of financial products and services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement telesales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads.
  • Provide accurate information about financial services to educate and engage clients.
  • Identify potential customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and updates to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize shared resources and sales opportunities.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress towards achieved goals.
  • Monitor market conditions and feedback to improve sales strategies and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role within the financial sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and market conditions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to handle rejection and overcome challenges positively.
