Job Description

A Telesales Executive in the Financial Services industry plays a crucial role in driving business growth by reaching out to potential clients and providing them with information about financial products and services. The primary focus of this role is to generate sales by cold calling, qualifying prospects, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. This position requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively present financial offerings and handle client inquiries. The Telesales Executive must stay up to date with market trends and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Success in this role depends on the ability to build strong customer relationships, overcome objections, and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients to promote financial solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and leads within the sales database system.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop detailed understanding of financial product features and benefits.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify sales opportunities by analyzing customer data and financial goals.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements diligently.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
  • Keep abreast with financial market trends and product updates regularly.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to coordinate telesales and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role for minimum one year.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services in the current market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in finance or sales are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for tracking sales activities.
  • Resilience and motivation to work in a target-driven sales environment.
