Job Description

A Telesales Executive in the Financial Services sector plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of financial products and services offered by the company. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
  • Prepare reports and summaries on sales activities for review by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Strong ability to effectively present and explain financial products.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is required.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the capability to handle objections professionally.
  • High degree of self-motivation and excellent organizational skills are essential.
