Job Description

The Telesales Executive (Arabic) position provides an exciting opportunity for dynamic professionals fluent in Arabic who are enthusiastic about engaging with potential clients over the phone. This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of building strong business relationships and effectively communicating the value of our products and services. As an integral part of our sales team, the Telesales Executive will be responsible for identifying leads, pitching our offerings, and closing deals to drive company revenue. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  • Answer questions about products or the company, resolving customer queries efficiently.
  • Engage with customers and understand their requirements and prescribe solutions effectively.
  • Direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timelines.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information for future reference.
  • Participate in team meetings and suggest ways to improve sales processes.
  • Generate sales leads and contribute to the personal and team targets.
  • Build and maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
  • Lead follow-up and consistently work toward achieving sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the sales process and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or another sales role.
  • Fluency in Arabic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and explain them to prospects.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to address grievances.
  • Must be comfortable using computers and software programs competently.
  • Patient, persistent, and able to handle customer rejection professionally.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
