Job Description

As a Telesales Executive (Arabic), you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for our company, targeting Arabic-speaking markets. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and convincing them of the benefits of our products or services. Your fluency in Arabic, along with your persuasive communication skills, will be key aspects of your ability to succeed in this role. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that company targets are met with efficiency and effectiveness. This position may require you to handle customer objections, maintain good client relationships, and keep an updated database of sales interactions.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective Arabic-speaking customers to drive sales.
  • Identify and understand customers' needs to tailor sales presentations effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with prospective clients regularly to build long-term relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Provide feedback to management on market insights and customer opinions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and update customer information accurately.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to synchronize sales efforts and campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly personal sales targets as set by management.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required for effective communication.
  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in a similar position.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office applications is desirable.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a degree in a relevant field.
