Telesales Executives play a critical role in the sales and marketing departments. They engage potential and existing customers over the phone, introducing them to products or services, and closing sales. A successful Telesales Executive is persuasive, enthusiastic, and has the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers, introducing products or services.
  • Meet or exceed set sales targets and contribute to company revenue goals.
  • Follow up on leads generated by the marketing department to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales interactions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to coordinate customer recommendations and support strategies.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations over the phone.
  • Handle customer inquiries and efficiently resolve any emerging problems.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with detailed notes on all customer communications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team meetings, providing input and feedback to improve sales tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role in sales or customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Ability to handle rejection, working effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads.
  • Flexible working hours may be required to contact international clients.
