Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales and achieving our growth targets. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing deals through telephone sales strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively, persuade potential clients, and identify their needs will be integral to your success in this role. We are looking for a proactive individual with a proven track record in telesales who can contribute to our dynamic team and help us expand our customer base. Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Communicate with prospects to understand their requirements and needs clearly.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain a well-organized database of prospective customers and manage customer interaction records.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Handle objections and complaints by providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving telesales strategies.
  • Report on sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager regularly.
  • Stay updated with trends in the market and competitors' strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas as set by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role for at least 1 year.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong persuasive abilities and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and keen attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools for management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
