Job Description

A Telesales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue generation. They engage potential and current customers over the phone to promote products and services, closing deals, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for building a stable database of clients and nurturing relationships with them. This role requires persuasive communication skills, a solid understanding of the product being sold, and the ability to overcome objections. Additionally, strong time-management skills and resilience are necessary, as you will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets. In this role, your contribution to the sales team directly influences the company's revenue and customer base expansion.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients over the telephone.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through cold calling techniques.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets steadily to contribute to team goals.
  • Answer customer queries about service offerings and provide expert-level advice.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to persuade customers towards making purchases.
  • Record all customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services accordingly.
  • Receive feedback from customers and convey it to the sales team efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings to adjust sales strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the capability to close deals over the phone.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM system and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are crucial.
