Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales directly over the phone, managing a diverse client portfolio, and building fruitful relationships with potential customers. As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients and present our products effectively, convert leads into sales, and consistently hit or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services effectively.
  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, and sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services to meet these needs.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with latest contact and deal information.
  • Follow up on sales leads and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and objectives consistently.
  • Provide accurate product information and handle customer objections effectively.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve maximum profitability.
  • Continuously assess own performance against set targets and contribute to team's success.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a telesales or similar sales role, delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully and remain resilient and motivated.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
