The Telesales Executive is a critical component of our sales team, responsible for generating leads and closing sales over the phone.   • Report weekly activity, sales, and pipeline updates to the sales manager.

  • Ensure customer feedback is communicated effectively to the product development team.
  • Assist in developing new telesales scripts and strategies to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in using sales tracking tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
