Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, you will be the driving force behind generating leads and closing sales over the phone. Your primary task is to connect with potential customers, present our product or service offerings, and convince them to make a purchase. With excellent communication skills and a persuasive demeanor, you will build rapport with clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs. Working in a target-driven environment, your goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You must be proactive, resilient, and have the ability to handle objections effectively, turning every call into a potential sale opportunity.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales calls to prospective customers, presenting products persuasively.
  • Maintain a record of customer details, interactions, and sales progress.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, providing additional information as required.
  • Manage a dynamic call schedule, handling both incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
  • Identify and pursue potential sales leads from multiple sources.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products to effectively address customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and share insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Support marketing efforts by understanding and promoting new products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and improve sales pitch techniques.
  • Keep informed of industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar role, with a successful track record.
  • Strong telephone handling skills with active listening and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and working knowledge of basic computer applications.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence without being overbearing.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • High school diploma; higher education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills to address customers effectively.
