The Telesales Executive position is a critical role within our dynamic sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and introducing them to our wide range of products and services. Your role will involve contacting existing and potential customers via telephone, understanding their needs, and creating customized sales solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce our offerings.

  • Continually update and manage the customer database with accurate details and interactions.
  • Handle customer objections effectively to close sales successfully.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan strategies for effective sales pitches.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to boost sales performance.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings regularly to report on progress and challenges.
  • Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the management team for improvements.
  • Contribute to a positive and motivated sales environment within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective sales.
  • Strong ability to negotiate and persuade with confidence and professionalism.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive and resilient attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
