Job Description

A Telesales Executive is a sales professional who uses telecommunication methods to reach out to potential customers and clients to promote and sell products or services. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive or relevant sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English.
  • Strong persuasion skills with a results-driven approach to sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and database management systems.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
