Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitch to meet their requirements effectively.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about product features and pricing.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and successfully close deals while achieving sales targets.
  • Document all sales activity and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
  • Prepare reports on sales metrics and present findings to the sales manager regularly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve telesales processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or related sales role for a minimum of one year.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence potential clients over the phone.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree would be an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and customer focus.
