Job Description

As a Telesales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growing the business by reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to engage clients, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into successful sales.
  • Stay updated with sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance.
  • Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings regularly.
  • Adapt sales pitch to align with customer needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical product information.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade potential customers.
  • Results-driven with a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is preferred.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales is a plus.
