Job Description

As a Telesales Agent, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Your primary role will involve making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, showcasing our products and services, and closing deals to meet sales targets. Success in this role requires passion for sales, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone. You should be comfortable handling objections and possess a resilient attitude in order to achieve and exceed company goals. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable products or services that meet their requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline for potential future sales opportunities.
  • Close sales deals and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Update the CRM system with up-to-date customer details and sales activity information.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions customers might have.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure the achievement of team sales goals.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide confident responses to concerns.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve sales skills.
  • Conduct customer surveys to collect feedback and provide reports to management.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a telesales or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections in a professional manner.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and telemarketing tools is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Results-driven with a deep commitment to achieving sales targets and goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
