Job Description

The Telesales Agent is a key member of our dynamic sales team, responsible for generating leads and sales over the phone. Using a combination of product knowledge, persuasive communication skills, and charisma, the Telesales Agent will be tasked with identifying customer needs, showcasing our products, and closing sales effectively. This role requires a person who is highly motivated, enjoys working in a target-driven environment, and can remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, while also following up on leads to maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers using predefined sales scripts.
  • Explain the features and benefits of products or services to customers.
  • Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
  • Convert prospective customer calls into sales opportunities successfully.
  • Record customer details and call notes accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads and regular clients to maintain business relations.
  • Achieve monthly targets and quotas set by the sales department.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products available.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the management on customer issues and market trends.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and workshops.
  • Meet quality assurance and compliance regulations during every call.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inside sales or telesales with proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Able to handle rejection and resilient in difficult sales situations.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools and systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate sales records.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
