Job Description

A Telesales Agent plays a pivotal role in driving sales and generating revenue for a company through direct telephone sales. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to provide relevant information to customers.
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Agent or similar sales role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for success in this role.
  • Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines in a sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and telephone systems for efficient sales management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
